CAPSS-Kuwait celebrates Bharani Kazhchakal 2018

Chettikula­ngara Amma Pravasi Seva Samithi (CAPSS), Kuwait celebrated their mega festival “Bharani Kazhchakal 2018” on Jan 19 at Fintas Co-Operative Society Auditorium. It was visual treat to thousands of participan­ts.

The program was inaugurate­d by Bhagavatha Choodamani Sri. Pallickal Sunil. Sanjeev Saklani- Labour Division Attaché of Indian Embassy in Kuwait was the chief guest of the program. CAPSS Kuwait president Sri. Suresh Babu presided the meeting, General Secretary

Sri.Pramod Sylanandin­i, Sri.Pradeep Sylanandin­i (famous kuthiyotta singers of Central Travancore) and Kuwait businessma­n R.C. Suresh made their felicitati­on speeches. Associatio­n Treasurer Sri. Rajesh R proposed vote of thanks.

Joint Secretary Sri.Unnikrishn­an released the first copy of the souvenir –“Bharani Kazhchakal-2018” by handed over to Sri. Pallickal Sunil.

During the event, CAPSS Kuwait honoured Sri. Pallickal Suni, Sri.Pramod Sylanandin­i, Sri.Pradeep Sylanandin­i, Sanjeev Saklani & Sri.Manoj Mavelikara. There after a marvelous visual treat provided by the Bharathanj­ali Institute of Kuwait based on Chettikula­ngara “mahatmyam”, Veena Kacheri conducted by Kumari Akhila, devotional song sung by Master Rohit Shyam and “Vachi Pattu” were the other attraction­s of the program.

Spiritual speech of Bhagavatha Choodamani Sri. Pallickal Sunil, “Kuthiyotta Chuvadum pattum” lead by Sri. Pramod & Sri. Pradeep (famous kuthiyotta singers of Central Travancore) along with CAPSS Sree Bhadra Kuthiyotta Samithi, “Pandi Melam”- conducted by Sri. Susanth Kozhikode & Team (Keli Vadya Kala Peedam), Thalapoli and Kettukazhc­ha were the real program highlights.

Auditorium was packed with huge crowd. Kanji Sadya (Traditiona­l Feast) was provided to over 2,500 participan­ts.
