Al-Fadhli busy with work of drama series Habibi Hayati

Sheikha Intisar launches workshops

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 17: Director Khalid Al-Fadhli is currently busy with the montage work of his drama series titled “Habibi Hayati”, the shooting of which he completed in just 33 days, reports Al-Anba daily. The series is expected to be broadcaste­d during the month of Ramadan this year.

Artiste Ahmad Al-Ounan said he refused to be part of an Arab film which is deemed harmful or offensive to any country in the Gulf, reports Al-Rai daily.

Head and founder of First Cinema Team Sheikha Intisar Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah has announced the launching of artistic and technical workshops in various cinema art fields like acting, recital, directing, photograph­y, scriptwrit­ing, cinematogr­aphy, montage management and audio effects under the supervisio­n of cinema experts in Kuwait and the entire Arab world, reports Al-Rai daily.

Speaking to the daily, Sheikha Intisar disclosed the workshops are open to everyone and registrati­on finished Feb 1, 2018 at the headquarte­rs of the team in Jabriya.

She said those who will register will take an admission test to gauge the level of their seriousnes­s in attending the workshops in order to form a team that will make short films, adding the workshops are aimed at discoverin­g creative cinema talents in Kuwait.
