3 Metal rings Metal strings Strips of cheery fabric 2 white doves Colorful ribbons Silk flowers Hot glue gun

Instructions:

Wrap the metal rings with the strips of fabric and stick the ends with glue. Using the metal string, tie the rings together, this will help to hold the rings together tight. Hide the strings by loops ribbons around it. Hot glue the flowers and doves to the rings.
