Cabbage rice

Ingredient­s:

3/4 cup uncooked rice; 1 onion, grated; 1/3 cup shredded cabbage; 1 capsicum, sliced; 1/2 tsp pepper powder; 2 tbsp butter; salt to taste; 2 tbsp grated processed cheese.

Method:

Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate. Drain and cool. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the rice, pepper and salt. Sprinkle the cheese on top and serve hot.
