His Highness the Amir expressed his sincere felicitation to Djukanovic on winning the presidential elections in the Balkan state.
His Highness wished the new Montenegrin leader perpetual good luck, health, and happiness, and further progress and prosperity for his country and people.
He also wished further growth and development in the Kuwaiti-Montenegrin relationship.

KU’s college holds 6th students forum:
The 6th students forum titled “My character makes up my future 2017/2018”, organized by the Guidance and Counseling Office of the College of Life Sciences at Kuwait University, has ended.
A lecture titled “My lifestyle” was given by trainer and Manager of Newtonology for consultations Fahd Al-Baqer during the closing ceremony.
A number of students and employees of the college attended the lecture, which stressed the importance of recognizing different personalities and preparing a written plan on the main objectives that an individual seeks to achieve.
Campaign targerts
‘illegal’ diwaniyas:
Encroachments Removal Committee has embarked on a new campaign at some diwaniyas that were built without permission, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily quoting a security source affirmed that the committee has not encountered any difficulty in pasting stickers on the structures violating building regulations, and owners of the affected diwaniyas have been requested to remove them within days or the municipality will conduct the demolition work.
