AUB wins ‘Best Human Resources Award in Kuwait’
Award reflects bank’s success in creating collaborative work environment
KUWAIT CITY, June 2: Ahli United Bank (AUB) has been awarded the ‘Best Human Resources Award in Kuwait’ from CPI Financial’s Banker Middle East, one of the region’s most influential and leading financial magazines. AUB’s success was announced recently at the Ritz Carlton, DIFC, Dubai, where winners were chosen through a subscribers-based voting process.
AUB’s latest prestigious award comes from the significant achievements in different fields of Human Resources, reflecting the best practices endorsed in the Human Resources Department. The vision of AUB for Human Resources, as the cornerstone of success in the various departments of the Bank, is the core focus for Human Resources Department which seeks through an integrated program to build a cohesive and positive work culture to achieve the balance between career development and consideration of the employee’s personal life. This reflects positively on the level of job stability, loyalty and commitment of the employees to the Bank through a cooperative work environment and following an open-door policy in dealing with employees. In addition, the Human Resources Department, in conjunction with Management, is always keen to develop the skills of the Bank’s employees and is encouraging them constantly though the provision of both in-house and
external training programs.
