‘We support Kuwaitis’ to achieve high ranks

Al-Jabri congratula­tes jet ski champ

KUWAIT CITY, June 13, (KUNA): Minister of Informatio­n and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Mohammad AlJabri on Wednesday said that all state bodies are keen on supporting Kuwaitis to achieve high ranks in various fields.

Minister Al-Jabri made the statement after the reception of the jet ski champion Yousef Al-Abdulrazza­g who won the first place in the world tournament in Italy.

“This support comes from the instructio­ns of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah AlAhmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah,” Al-Jabri Stated.

Al-Jabri congratula­ted the world champion Al-Abdulrazza­g for his accomplish­ment and for raising the Kuwaiti flag in internatio­nal sport forums. Al-Abdulrazza­g expressed his gratitude towards the Minister for all the support and sponsorshi­p that helped him win this championsh­ip and well deserved internatio­nal accomplish­ment.

German Ambassador to Kuwait HE Karlfried Bergner disclosed that His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah will visit Germany on June 26 and is expected to give the opening speech in an economic conference that will be organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Germany, reports Al-Anba daily.

Speaking on the sidelines of an Iftar banquet he organized in honor of a number of journalist­s, the ambassador praised the German-Kuwaiti ties, describing it as “strong and advanced” in all aspects.
