Burgan Bank announces appointmen­t of new Chief Retail Banking Officer

Burgan Bank has appointed Naser Mohammad Al Qaisi as Chief Retail Banking Officer after obtaining the Central Bank of Kuwait’s approval. Al Qaisi brings with him vast experience and has held various leadership positions in the financial industry in Kuwait.

During his decade long tenure at Burgan Bank, where he was the Head of Retail Branches, Al Qaisi was a forerunner in innovation and has built, alongside his team, a solid business.

Raed AL-Haqhaq, Deputy Chief Executive Officer-Kuwait said, “I have the utmost confidence that the solid strategy set under Al Qaisi’s leadership will be mutually lucrative for both the customers and the bank as a whole. As the next phase is considered an important stage in the Group’s Retail banking chapter as we are focused on competitiv­e expansion and dynamic digitaliza­tion of banking operations while also continuous­ly enhancing our services and offerings at a time when qualitativ­e and quantitati­ve expansions are crucial for maintainin­g optimal customer satisfacti­on.
