Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive ends Fantasy Premier League tourney

More than 4,000 Kuwaitis competed for 15 cash prizes worth over KD 13,000

KUWAIT CITY, June 23: Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Company, the exclusive importer of Land Rover, BMW, MINI, RollsRoyce and McLaren vehicles in Kuwait, concluded last week its Fantasy Premier League (FPL) tournament following a nine-month sensational competition among more than 4,000 Kuwaitis. The tournament, which started in August 2017, saw Fawaz Al Fouzan walk away with KD 5,000 in cash after topping the charts as the tournament’s best FPL manager for the season.

In second place came Fahad Al Hubaidah who won KD 3,000, Yousef Al Houti came third winning KD 1,500. Throughout the tournament, 12 ‘Managers of the Month’ where called to win KD 300 each. The tournament prizes summed up to more than KD 13,000 making one of the biggest free FPL tournaments globally.
