Saudi arrested:

Security officers at Nuwaiseeb border arrested a Saudi man for attempting to leave the country using the national ID of his brother, reports Al-Rai daily.

The officer in charge of checking passports noticed that the photo on the ID is different.

When asked about this, the Saudi said he used the ID of his brother because his ID has expired while his passport is at the Indian Embassy because he applied for visa.

He explained he decided to travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to renew his ID and attend to other urgent matters.

The officers later found out that the Saudi’s security record is clear.

However, this time, the officers registered a case of forgery and impersonation so the Saudi was referred to the concerned security department.
