German surgeon accused:

A case of disturbing authorities by submitting a malicious complaint will be filed against an Afghani woman who accused a female German plastic surgeon of causing her harm through an erroneous injection, reports Al-Anba daily.

The surgeon was summoned for questioning and she denied the charge. Investigations revealed that the surgeon was outside the country on the date of injection mentioned by the complainant.

Asians caught gambling:

Farwaniya police arrested five Asians who were gambling in an open ground in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, reports Al-Anba daily.

The gamblers were referred to the concerned security department.

Firemen rescue Kuwaiti family:

Firefighters from Ardhiya and Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh fires stations extinguished the fire which broke out on the ground floor of a citizen’s house in Abdullah Al-Mubarak, reports Al-Anba daily.

Kuwait Fire Service Directorate’s (KFSD) Public Relations and Media Department disclosed the firemen from the two stations were dispatched immediately to the scene. They doused the fire and rescued family members who were trapped on the second floor.

No casualties were reported. Further investigations are underway to identify the cause of fire.
