Indian buffet with live music every Thursday night at Flavors restaurant

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 23: Safir Hotel and Residences Kuwait - Fintas offers the lovers of diversity and renewal flavors from India... The Indian buffet with live music every Thursday night which will take you on a journey to the enchanting India to enjoy along with your family members and friends a buffet of Indian dishes and live cooking station at Flavors restaurant from 7 pm to 11 pm.

Culinary chefs have prepared authentic and traditional Indian dishes, as well as rich varieties that satisfy all tastes of appetizers, main dishes and exquisite desserts to make the evening a memorable one as Indian cuisine is basically influenced by many other countries. It is known for its large assortment of dishes and its liberal use of herbs and spices. Wheat, Basmati rice and pulses with Chana (Bengal gram) are important staples of the Indiandiet.

From the buffet “Indian Chaat” as a savory mouthwatering snack that originated in India, typically served as an hors d’oeuvre across the Indian subcontinent in India.

Mughlai Dish known as“Malai Chicken Tikka” with Makhani Mayo cooked in a traditional way.

“Mutton Rogan Josh” consists of lamb meats pieces or mutton braised with a gravy flavored with garlic, ginger and aromatic spices, and in some versions incorporating onions or yogurt.

The traditional Kashmiri rice dish “Kashmiri Pulao”contains of basmati rice sautéed in butter laced spices, cooked in saffron flavored water and then mixed with shallow fried dry fruits, freshly cut fruits and fried onion.

The Malabar in Kerela known for its seafood and shows its culture in “Malbar Sgrimps Curry” and part of signature dessert is a homemade traditional Indian ice dream “Indian Kulfi”. In addition to other Indian dishes infused by traditional herbs as part of culinary chefs’ creativity.
