Syrians arrive at the Abu Duhur crossing on the eastern edge of Idlib province on Sept 25,
as they cross from rebel-held areas to regime-held areas. Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed on Sept 17, to create a demilitarised zone along the line of contact between rebels and regime troops, which has temporarily averted a regime offensive on the jihadist and rebel-held Idlib region on the
border with Turkey.
