A Kuwaiti citizen in his 40s was found dead inside his family home in Sabah AlAhmad area due to drug overdue, reports Al-Anba daily.

According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about a man lying motionless inside one of the rooms of his family home in Sabah Al-Ahmad area, securitymen rushed to the location and discovered the man, who is a Kuwaiti citizen in his 40s, was dead. They found some drug paraphernalia near him, which caused them to believe his death was due to drug overdose.

His corpse was referred to the Forensics Department to determine the cause of his death.

Trucker arrested:

The driver of a sanitary water vehicle was arrested after the spread of a video clip showing that the contents of the vehicle was leaking while it was plying through King Fahad Motorway toward Nuwaiseeb.

In a press statement, the Public Relations and Security Media Department at the Ministry of Interior disclosed a security patrol rushed to the location after receiving information on the leakage.

The driver was referred to Abdullah Port Police Station and then to the Environment Police as he violated the sanitation regulations.

On the other hand, a video clip of a motorist performing stunts with his pickup in Qairawan went viral, after which the authorities impounded the vehicle and issued several citations to the owner for violating traffic rules.

The ministry appealed to the public to strictly comply with the traffic rules and cooperate with the authorities in order to protect their lives and that of other people.

False fire alarm:

A malfunction in the fire alarm system caused a high level of a security alert, reports Al-Rai daily.

A security source said the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry informed the Hadiya police about the incident inside a high school for girls, following which the security patrols rushed to the school and the guard informed it was he who had called the Ministry’s operations room.

Security personnel checked the entire school and found there was no fire, and that the fault was in the fire alarm system.

Miraculous escape:

Four individuals miraculously escaped death when two vehicles collided on Sixth Ring Road and burst into flames.

According to sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the accident, securitymen, paramedics and firefighters rushed to the location.
