‘Pay off loan’:

A commercial court ordered a Kuwaiti citizen to pay off the loan he took from a well-known transportation company based on promissory notes.

The plaintiff counsel Lawyer Khaled Mubarak, who was representing the company, affirmed that the company gave a loan to the citizen through 14 signed promissory notes but he defaulted in payment. The court, after Lawyer Mubarak’s presentation, ordered the citizen to pay

the due amounts.
