Young members shine at KMEFIC Toastmasters Club meeting
KMEFIC, a leading investment firm in Kuwait, recently conducted their toastmasters session for its employees. With the theme, “Be Stronger”, the purpose was to encourage young employees to take up leadership roles and improve communication skills. TM Maryam Hussein, enthralled the event with her ICE Breaker Speech, that surprised everyone with her speaking skills. Area Director TM Raymond performed the Toastmaster of the Day role and took charge of the whole proceedings and guided the role players. TM Shoyeb delivered an exciting speech with the subject “Being Stronger”. TM Sindumol did an excellent workshop on effective evaluation skills.
There were powerful speech evaluations by TM Fay Al Najadah, TM Christy Kulathooran and TM Raj . Evaluations emphasis a constructive feedback to help the speakers to improve their performance. TM Vineet carried out his first-rate Time Management skills to ensure the meeting start and end on time.
The Club received its first award “Home Club of Division Director” from the Area Director TM Raymond. The Club’s executive members were awarded Pins for their official positions in the club by Division Director TM Christy. The members cheered to this milestone accomplishment.
