ABK launches digital HR Management System

ABK first Kuwaiti bank to adopt fully cloud-based HR Management Suite

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 8: Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) continued its digital transforma­tion journey with the launch of its new digital HR management system. Through the adoption of the full Success Factors HCM Suite by SAP, ABK is the first Kuwaiti Bank to implement this cloud-based system to service its employees.

The SAP Success Factors software seamlessly integrates into the existing system to create a comprehens­ive human resource management system and streamline­s the HR processes by analyzing employee data to provide real time results, recommenda­tions and suggested actions. The user-friendly platform will help increase ABK’s employee engagement and deliver improved agility to the workforce to achieve organisati­onal goals.
