Cut patients’ exposure to radiation: MoH

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 12: Minister of Health Dr Bassel Al-Sabah has issued a decision validating the list of radiation exposure levels of patients in X-ray tests, and obliging all licensed X-ray practitioners to reduce the patients’ exposure to radiation as per international standards, reports AlRai daily quoting reliable sources.

The Cabinet has approved the renewal of employment term of the Assistant Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs at Ministry of Oil Fadhel Sayed Ali, reports Al-Rai daily quoting informed sources.

They revealed that Fadhel Sayed Ali was first appointed in this post on Oct 23, 2014.

As part of the activities of the spring camp organized by Guidance and Propagation Committee at the Islamic Heritage Revival Society in Sa’ad Al-Abdullah City, Muslim Cleric Dr Khalid Al-Sultan will deliver a lecture on Wednesday Feb 13 at the camp erected in Saad Al-Abdullah, Block 6 opposite the gas station, after Isha prayer.
