KUWAIT CITY, Sept 25: Kuwait Indian Football Federation (KIFF) inaugurated its 2019-20 season on Sept 20, 2019 at Bayan Grounds.
In a hot and humid weather, the inauguration ceremony was attended by presidents of affiliated clubs, ex-KIFF presidents, various invitees and supporters.
