MP Majid Al-Mutairi’s office

The opening ceremony of MP Majid Al-Mutairi’s Diwaniya, located within his new residential palace went viral on the social media and we take this opportunity to congratulate him for the luxurious life he lives. We also congratulate him for opening an office to serve the voters of his area and complete their transactions 24/7 throughout the year, under the slogan ‘We seek to serve you’.
It became clear from what was published on WhatsApp that the Office has a director-general and has a phone number. It also has full-time delegates who are identified by name and each has a mobile phone number and their task is to deal with government agencies.
The office focuses its efforts on the following government agencies – the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Interior, the Overseas Medical Treatment Department, the Medical Council, the Ministry of Health, the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone, the Ahmadi Educational Zone, the Nationality and Passports Department, the Ministry of Endowments, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Electricity and Water, the Kuwait Municipality, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Ministry of Electricity and Water, the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Housing, the Adan Hospital, the Ministry of Defense, and the Disability Affairs Authority.
A lot can be deducted when we contemplate the above such as know the services requests from this deputy, and the weight of each ministry and department. We also find that institutions such as the Public Authority for Manpower, the Public Authority of Civil Information or the Public Authority of Industry are not as important as the departments of medical treatment

abroad, Defense and Interior ministries.
This is an indication of the priorities of the voters in the constituency of the deputy. The list of services also shows the widespread activity of the deputy and his ability to reach all government agencies, even those that have not been assigned a special representative such as the Kuwait Airways, the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research and the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, and other institutions which are secondary in the eyes of the voter at the level of importance.
This disclosure also gives an idea about the institutions that delay the transactions or hurt the interests of the citizens, which needs the intervention of an MP to complete the transactions.
The office of the MP and services offered also show the disturbing fact that the disruption of the interests of citizens in various ministries is positively reflected on the reputation of the deputy. When the government facilitates procedures and eliminates bureaucracy, this in fact damages the reputation and adversely affects his popularity.
These service offices also show the imbalance of justice from one area to another whose voters do not want to delegate their representing deputy to finish their transactions, or the MP’s unwillingness to perform such services for his constituents.
In order to achieve justice, I propose that all deputies open services offices similar to the office of MP Majid alMutairi, and the office of Saadoun Hammad, so that all citizens go to these offices and stop completing their transactions with ministries and government bodies individually but through these offices and avoid hearing the phrase which has become common ‘Come tomorrow’, ‘documents of your transaction are incomplete’ or ‘check with the undersecretary’.
There are many inaccuracies that can be mentioned after watching the interview with Abdullah Al-Nafisi in the Black Box program, but we will be content with what we have written so far, and stop watching the rest of the episodes to relieve our nerves.
