KUWAIT CITY, Oct 19: Alargan International Real Estate Company is pleased to announce its partnership with Vamed, the leading global provider of a full line of services for hospitals and other health care facilities, for its two Rehabilitation Centers in Kuwait City, catering for both, in- and outpatient services. The partnership comes as Alargan’s first step into the world of healthcare and wellness and initiates a pioneering project in Kuwait.

The partnership with Vamed makes Alargan the first company in Kuwait to take an integrated holistic approach to rehabilitation. The project will kick-off with the first private sub-specialized physical medicine and rehabilitation hospital in Kuwait, where Vamed will be operating and managing the project providing first-class European style rehabilitation and medical wellness services to the local population – an approach that Vamed is globally renowned for.

Commenting on this crucial partnership, Engr Khaled Al-Mashaan, CEO and Vice-Chairman of Alargan said, “Our partnership with Vamed is an important milestone for Alargan. We are committed to delivering unique comprehensive project concepts and solutions that add value to the community and contribute to the well-being of our people. Signing this operational partnership with Vamed marks the first step towards elevating the healthcare sector in Kuwait to a whole new level of excellence.”

Based on the positive prospect of the healthcare support market in Kuwait, the business model of the rehabilitation centers is substantial in meeting the growing demand for quality rehabilitation facilities and services in the market. The services provided will enable the patients to lead largely independent lives while keeping in mind their comfort and preferences. The project’s ambition is to give people more control over their lives and how they choose to live it.
