British Council encourages booking IELTS to attend university of choice in US

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 21: With the admission season open for candidates world-wide, British Council one of the co-creators of IELTS, encourages local students interested in applying to universiti­es in the USA, to book their IELTS (Internatio­nal English Language Testing System).
