If however, the company has no objection to leaving them after two years, then you can go ahead and file for a release and it will be granted.

I have been working in Kuwait for the last 2 years. And I don’t have degree certificate. I was recruited from India. My question is, I want to get release from my current employer. Is it possible? My residence will expire after 35 days from today. My company said they can’t renew my residence so they asked me to find new job. They will give release and same time they asked me to submit resigning letter. I already submitted. Answer: So far as the company that recruited you from India has no objection to your visa being transferred to another company, nothing stops you from doing that. The problem of not having enough time to look for another job can only be solved between you and your company. Indeed if the company is willing to help you, it can apply for visa 14 for you to give you more time to look for a new job after the expiry of your residence in 35 days.
My Kuwait driving licence was issued in March 2009. The expiry mention in my licence in March 2019. In 2016 I moved to Dubai and now I have a valid UAE driving licence.

Answer: When you exitted Kuwait in 2016 after cancelling your residence permit, your driving licence also stood cancelled. You can therefore not renew something that you don’t have. Consequently, when you return to Kuwait, you can’t renew your cancelled Kuwaiti driving licence.
