Mangaf Strikers oust Magic Hornets as Rhino Dozers advance
‘X’-Trikers, SKARZ, IBL Tigers, Pongky Strikers and Panthers post victories

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 15: A puny team, the Mangaf Strikers ousted from the Top 8 Elites-Group 1 Magic Hornets, one of the league’s favorite team and occupied its spot with pride 2,735-2,659 while GOAN Strikers although suffered defeat from the hands of advancing Al Qwassem still hold the second rank while Rhino Dozers played bye and kept its third position. The changes in ranking happened in the fifth week of the PBAK-2020 GCC Tour Challenge Cup Invitational Bowling Tournament held at the Kuwait Bowling Sporting Club in Salmiyah on Friday. The other teams that posted victory were ‘X’-Trikers, SKARZ, IBL Tigers, Pongky Strikers and Panthers.

the team and the come-backing lucky charm Jocelyn Barros (242) assisted by Jhon Narvasa (511), Bert Alilay (367), Christine Moreno (212), Jess Tolentino (184) and Adolfo Prena (138) while Jordan Elites were Ali Adel Khalil (550), Fadi Al Masri (511), Basma Ammar (444), Aji Varghese (441), Aki Hikmat (319) and Yousef Waleed (114). Playing Bye and keeping its third rank, the Rhino Dozers were Moises Amahan (526), Mar Evangelista (446), Pilar Behbehabi (327), Rene Marzan (297), Danilo Dalino (288) and Joel Tizon (287).
Meanwhile, listed here-under were the results for the Individual Best Performances. For the Individual High Game – Men’s Class A/O Magic Hornets Lim Jong Pil (261); for Men’s Class B – Al Qwassem Yousef Al Qassem snatched from Magic Hornets’ Jang Hosiung (254-238); for Men’s Class C – Swooping Eagles’ C.J. Cathers (255). In Ladies Class A, Swooping Eagles Marjorie Mercado grabbed from Neveen Wasel of Asian Air Safari (248-235) and in Class B, IBL Tigers Nadine Dias stole from Pongky’s Christine Moreno (242-215). In the Individual High Average – Men’s Class A/O, Al Qwassem’s Yakoub Al Shatti (213.30); Class B – IBL Tiger Yacoub Adel seized from Ayoub Al Shatti (184.8-181.5); Class C – SKARZ Lionel Mendes re-claimed from his team captain Stephen Sequeira (163.2160.7) and in Ladies A – Pilar Bhebahani (170.8) and in Class B – Swooping Eagles’ Jessica Balagat kept her post (147.6).
