KUWAIT CITY, April 1: Haya Al-Shuaibi says it is necessary for citizens and residents to abide by the decision issued by the Council of Ministers upon directives of the health authorities to help the world overcome the corona virus epidemic, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

She pointed out it is necessary to postpone the filming of her dramatic works after the decisions were issued by the Cabinet which prevents the gathering of people.

Al-Shuaibi says “Before closing the air and land borders, I was busy filming the series ‘One Billion’ by producer Khaled Al-Rifai in Saudi Arabia.

She added: “Undoubtedly, stopping the filming of the series is not an easy thing, especially since the director and producer have come a long way in filming, where 100 scenes remain for me and I event went to the extent of asking the producer to find another actor in my place so he does not suffer double losses.

Al-Shuaibi explained many producers adhere to ministerial decisions and have announced that they have stopped filming in order to avoid punishment and to preserve the integrity of the work team.
