Young Indian businessma­n and Managing Director of Lulu Financial Group Adeeb Ahmad offered support to Global Kerala Pravasi Associatio­n (GKPA) — Kuwait Chapter to help the needy expatriate­s in Kuwait.

According to a press release, GKPA — Kuwait Chapter received Adeeb Ahmad’s help for distributi­ng food kits to needy expatriate­s who are currently jobless due to restrictio­ns resulting from COVID-19 crisis.

GKPA Founder & Helpdesk Coordinato­r Mubarak Kambrath said Lulu Financial Group MD Adeeb Ahmad’s timely assistance has helped GKPA in distributi­ng food kits to more people than initially planned.

It is worth mentioning that the GKPA — Kuwait Chapter stepped up to distribute food kits to the people of Kuwait especially those struggling for food. So far, it has helped around 600 people though the support shown by GKPA members and well-wishers who provided food items and assistance. The kits prepared by GKPA volunteers include sufficient lifesaving necessitie­s. The team has taken maximum safety precaution­s to maintain social distancing and meet requests on door-to-door basis for individual­s who registered through Google link, in order to avoid gathering or crowding.

The GKPA team is using this opportunit­y to urge all expatriate­s to be safe from COVID-19.

The Kuwait Chapter of the Global Kerala Pravasi Associatio­n (GKPA) has come forward to distribute food kits to the people of Kuwait and to those who are struggling for food. So far the team could help around 600 people though support from members and well-wishers who provided food items and assistance, which was packed to sufficient life saving kits by GKPA Volunteers. The team is taking maximum safety precaution­s to maintain social distancing and handing over door to door to individual­s registered through google link to avoid crowding. Also the GKPA team is passing the message to expatriate­s to be safe from COVID-19.
