In two separate incidents two men – a Bedoun and a Kuwaiti – ended their lives by hanging, reports Al-Rai daily.
In the first incident the Bedoun, born in 1984, allegedly hanged himself to death inside his house in Taima.
After the incident was reported to the police, paramedics and police rushed to the spot and took the man the Jahra Hospital, but he was declared dead upon arrival.
The sources added an investigation has been opened into the suicide and the motives behind it. His family members have been summoned for interrogation and the corpse has been referred to Forensics.
In another, incident a Kuwaiti ended his life inside the Psychiatric Hospital.
A security source told the daily a report was received from the Psychiatric Hospital on the death of the 35-year-old mentally ill citizen who had allegedly committed suicide.
The death was discovered by a nurse who saw the corpse dangling. The victim had allegedly hanged himself using a hose.
His remains have been referred to Forensics.
Kuwaiti arrested:
The security authorities have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti for violating the partial curfew, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily quoting security sources said at the time of the arrest the man was under the influence of alcohol.
Without going into details the daily said the man has been handed over to the authorities.
Meanwhile , two Kuwaitis have been detained for interrogation for exchanging accusations and assaulting each other on a public road in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily did not give more details.
