Bhutan King’s representative arrives to offer condolences
Cape Verde leader sends condolence cable
KUWAIT CITY, Oct 18, (KUNA): Bhutanese Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, representative of Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, and the accompanying delegation arrived in the country Sunday afternoon to offer condolences over the death of the HH late Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The Bhutanese prince was received at the airport by Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah.
The mission of honor assigned to the distinguished guest is headed by Amiri Diwan Advisor Mohammad Abulhassan. Prince Wangchuck is accompanied by a delegation that includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Tandi Dorji and a number of officials.
Cape Verde
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf AlAhmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Sunday a cable of condolences from Cape Verde’s President Jorge Carlos Fonseca over the death of late Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
In the cable, the president sent his condolences to His Highness the Amir and to the people of Kuwait, commending the generous virtues of the late Amir.
His Highness the Amir sent a cable back, in which he thanked and appreciated the wholesome message, wishing him wellness.
