Egyptian run over, dies:
Egyptian died yesterday afternoon, after he was run over by a Kuwaiti youth in one of the parking lots in Sabhan.
A security source said 51-year-old died on the spot. Police are investigating to find out if it was an accident or the victim was deliberately run over.
In yet another accident, a Kuwaiti was injured when his vehicle overturned in Oyoun.

Police have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti and charged him with possessing and trafficking in drugs, although the man admitted to possessing drugs and said it was purely for his personal consumption, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily acting on information, personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) after taking permission from the Public Prosecution raided his home and searched his car and seized from him 80 grams of marijuana and handed him over to the General Department for Drugs Control (GDDC).
Duo held with drugs:
This happened in the suburb of the Ahmadi Governorate.
On the other hand, a 23-year-old Kuwaiti was taken to the GDDC for possessing 7 grams of hashish.
A security source said he was arrested in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, during a security check in the suburb of Al-Qurain.
2 hurt in fire:
Acting on information, fire-fighters from the Salmiya and AlBida’a centers rushed to an apartment in Rumaithiya and put out the fire to a house, reports Al-Anba daily.
Two people suffering from asphyxiation – an Egyptian believed to be in his 50s and his daughter who is believed to be in her 20s – were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
On the other hand, acting on information firemen rushed to the Sixth Ring Road and put out fire to a car which was allegedly caused due to an electric short circuit.
