Crown Prince assures support for Jordan

KUWAIT CITY, April 5, (KUNA): Kuwait stands alongside Jordan and supports all the measures it takes to keep its security and stability intact, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal AlAhmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah told Jordan’s King Abdullah II in a phone call on Sunday.

Describing bilateral relations as tight-knit, His Highness the Crown Prince said the security of the Hashemite Kingdom is closely intertwined with Kuwait’s, wishing Amman continued development and prosperity.

In return, the Jordanian king thanked His Highness the Crown Prince for the gracious gesture, saying his genuine emotions are indicative of the close bond the two countries share.

RIYADH: Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Sunday phoned King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to express the Saudi Arabia’s full support and solidarity with Jordan.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that the SAUDI King also voiced support for all measures taken by King Abdullah II to preserve Jordan’s security and stability, wishing Jordan, under his leadership, everlasting security and stability.

For his part, the Jordanian King expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Saudi King on his supportive stance and Saudi Arabia backing to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in all circumstances and crises.

Separately, Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Mohammad bin Salman also called King Abdullah II and expressed Saudi Arabia solidarity with Jordan and support to all measures it takes to retain its security and stability.
