ICS pays tribute to COVID warriors with instrumental musical concert
KUWAIT CITY, July 8: Indian Cultural Society paid tribute to COVID warriors by presenting an instrumental music event on 26th June, 2021.
Impeccable performance by Palak Jain and Sachin Jain — father and daughter duo catered a mesmerizing by woodwind instruments, flute and saxophone jugalbandi. They have a large fan following on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter in name of The Golden Notes. They have won the Silver Button from YouTube and are heading towards winning Golden Button. Their video views are in millions and viral as well.
It was a blissful opportunity for the music lovers to hum alongside.
The playlist included admirable songs from the golden era till date. Special requests and dedications were also played that made the evening very interactive. The event was in collaboration with Indian Embassy, Kuwait celebrating 75th anniversary of India’s independence and 60th anniversary of Indo-Kuwait relationship.
HE Ambassador of India, to Kuwait Sibi George expressed his gratitude to the pandemic warriors and enlightened the efforts made by ICS in promoting art and culture even in such crucial time.
The event was well commenced by anchor Anita Sharma by giving a glance on role of ICS undertakings. She also appreciated the contribution and support given by COVID warriors on behalf of ICS.
Renowned and legendry actor Ananth Narayan Mahadevan wished and congratulated ICS for their 15th anniversary.
