KIB supports Black Account segment customers on their travels
Kuwait International Bank (KIB) reiterated that its Black Account segment customers traveling outside Kuwait, will continue to enjoy their dedicated concierge services, provided by regional assistance services leader, Peacock Concierge, recognized for its high standards of luxury and seamless personal assistance services.
Form his side, Assistant General Manager of Retail Banking Department - Head of Premier Banking at KIB, Faisal Al-Shuwaired, said: “Since launching its Black Account, KIB has been exceptionally keen on granting customers from this privileged segment the special and continuedly-focused attention they require. We’ve ramped up our efforts to innovate top-notch banking products that uniquely highlight their prominent status within the Bank, with services featuring a set of exclusive benefits, designed with special degrees of quality that meet their aspirations in enjoying unparalleled levels of luxury from the Bank’s services especially those related to securing their travel and vacations outside Kuwait.”
Al-Shuwaired pointed to the valuable concierge services offered by Peacock, designed to streamline day-to-day operations, including exclusive travel-related services, such as booking and handling travel ticket issuance, fast track check-in services, in addition to providing local and international limousine service to support our customers with their personal and professional travel and transportation. Other services include assigning a personal assistant by the company and messenger services to support Black customers abroad and facilitate their requirements in handling daily routine tasks, such as paying bills, following up on government transactions.
On the other hand, Al-Shuwaired reaffirmed that KIB’s added value is also represented by some of the other exclusive benefits offered to Black segment customers through international usage of premium KIB VISA and Master World credit cards, including members-only access to the finest international airport lounges, with exclusive discounts on stores, hotels, and restaurants, in addition to personally dedicated customer relations manager available around the clock through direct international phone service.
