- By Ali Ahmed Al-Baghli Former Minister of Oil Email: ali-albaghli@hotmail.com

One of the minds behind the negative phenomena that emerged before the last elections with the notorious document referred to as the “values document” says he will not tolerate if he sees a woman in indecent clothes.

I do not know if this ISIS terrorist will propose a law to punish fathers, guardians, husbands and brothers for the inappropriate clothes of their women (sisters and wives) based on his ISIS temperament.

We saw social media images and videos of the streets in the city of Dhahran in our big sister’s capital recently where young men and women had dressed for Halloween. Some of the participants were beautiful ladies or girls who wore clothes that revealed more than they hid.

None of the members of the ISIS group in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait uttered a word of disapproval and rejection of the unprecedented phenomenon in the country of the Two Holy Mosques.

On the other hand, we congratulate its residents and citizens for their brave young leadership that struck corruption and spoilers with an iron hand and opened up to the world with doors wide open.

The Saudi Crown Prince ordered the confiscation of money from the Imam of Masjid Al-Haram Abdul Rahman

Al-Sudais following an investigation conducted by the AntiCorruption Commission.

We pray to God from the bottom of our hearts that one of the leaders of our country will focus on those with long beards and short dishdashas in the Ministry of Awqaf (their endowments and not ours since the date they controlled it years ago).

To the “values group”, I dedicate this piece of news that was reported in the official gazette (Kuwait AlYoum) by the Ministry of Information. This minister is inclined towards the ideas of that group so that no one touches his chair. This is what happened in the current ministry where he remained after the previous ministry.

The Ministry of Information issued a decision on October 28, 2022 to stop a concert in a hotel even though the concert was licensed by the ministry on May 24, 2022.

Even though the ministry intended this for the satisfaction of the ISIS members in Kuwait, the latter were not satisfied with that. It therefore issued another decision on the same date to deprive the institution, which had supervised and held the “immoral” concert according to the standards of the ministry and ISIS, from holding concerts or issuing licenses for this type of events for a period of six months starting from the date of the issuance of that decision, and to cancel the licenses for future concerts to be held.

These decisions were published in the official gazette on October 30, 2022.

Accordingly, we say to ISIS of the 21st century in Kuwait, “This was done to please you ... So are you satisfied? Or do you want more?”
