Pakistani community bids farewell to Hafiz Ur Rehman
KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3: Leading businessman and social leader of the Pakistani community in Kuwait Shamshad Ahmed Khan Tanoli hosted a dinner in honor of former president of the Islamic Education Committee (IEC) Kuwait Hafiz Hafeez ur Rehman on Wednesday, Oct 26, 2022, at a hotel in Kuwait.
At the start of the event, Qari Sb. recited verses from the Holy Quran, while Tariq Iqbal presented a naat. His Excellency Malik Muhammad Farooq, Ambassador of Pakistan to Kuwait, was the chief guest.
Tanoli was the master of ceremonies of the event.
In his welcome address, Tanoli appreciated the efforts of Pakistani citizens working abroad. Hafiz Hafeez ur Rahman, in his speech, spoke about his services and experiences in Kuwait.

He also narrated some Islamic stories and teachings of Islam. Ambassador Farooq in his speech praised the services of Hafiz Hafeez ur Rahman and his role in the Pakistani community.
He also thanked the Pakistani community’s help recently for flood relief in Pakistan. He said Kuwait’s Pakistani community was among the top 10 countries that collected and sent flood relief funds to Pakistan.
At the conclusion of the event, Ambassador Farooq and Tanoli presented a shield of appreciation to Hafiz Hafeez ur Rehman. Faisal Majeed, Deputy Head of Mission and Usman Nawaz, Passport Section Head at Pakistan Embassy

Ishtiaq, Rana Munir, Khalid Minhas, Farrukh Siddiqui and newly-arrived paramedics who have joined various hospitals in Kuwait.
