KFH organizes Holy Quran recitation competition
As part of its social responsibility, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has organized the tenth edition of the annual competition for memorizing the Holy Quran for KFH customers under the age of 25. The competition includes valuable prizes and shall be held during the period 27th to 28th of March during the holy month of Ramadan.
The contestants will be contacted to set the recitation times, which will be held in the Grand Mosque during March 27 and 28 according to the age and categories schedule. The recitation times will start immediately after Taraweeh prayers until 11 pm.
The competition, which is organized by KFH for the tenth consecutive year, amasses large numbers of reciters of the holy Quran. In addition, the fact that KFH was the first to organize such competition, has enhanced the trust it enjoys among customers, in addition to the availability of many valuable elements that enhance the competition environment and motivate the contestants. The most important of these elements is the judges panel, good organization and appropriate arrangement of the contestants’ capabilities who are from various segments, with different abilities and levels.
The competition is organized for male and female categories separately. Prizes cover 40 winners from both genders. Prizes shall be distributed to winners who will be selected from the contestants at the end of the competition. The competition shall comprise the recitation of certain volumes of suras of the Quran, as determined by the judges committee. The competition events will be broadcasted on KFH websites and social media channels.
