Kuwaitis on the run

A search is on for a citizen who abandoned his car in Saad AlAbdullah area on seeing policemen approaching and ran away. Policemen searched the car and found four bottles of imported liquor inside. Separately, police are looking for a Kuwaiti who had insulted and assaulted traffic police along the Fourth Ring road and deliberately drove his vehicle towards a police major - hitting him before fleeing the scene.
