KFH renews its partnership with Islamic Finance Club
KUWAIT: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has renewed the strategic partnership with the Islamic Finance Club for the seventh consecutive year as part of KFH’s continuous support to the club’s activities and in attempt to increase the values of Islamic banking and the Islamic finance industry for students at Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST).
The Head of Islamic Finance Club, Mohammad Alsalman applauded KFH’s significant role in providing support to the club, while remains a major source and a reliable reference for students in their researches. In addition, he valued the great contributions of the bank and its keenness to shoulder the social responsibility. He affirmed that the club will continue its efforts in increasing the awareness of Islamic banking by holding workshops and training courses about the shariah-compliant products and services that are integral part of the global financial system.
The strategic partnership affirms KFH’s role in supporting youths and students and sponsoring the activities of the club, where the bank participates in lectures and workshops that come in line with its endeavors in raising the youth’s knowledge in the fields of Islamic finance, consolidating the Islamic economy and spreading the awareness of the importance of the products and services that are compatible with sharia, especially that KFH is a global leading Islamic financial institution.
