KFH par­tic­i­pates in pro­gram to train grad­u­ates to work in bank­ing sec­tor

Kuwait Fi­nance House (KFH) par­tic­i­pated in the grad­u­a­tion cer­e­mony for IBS grad­u­ates to work in the bank­ing and fi­nan­cial sec­tors. The train­ing pro­gram was held for 12 weeks in col­lab­o­ra­tion with the Man­power and Gov­ern­ment Re­struc­tur­ing Pro­gram MGRP, KFH and the Kuwaiti banks in gen­eral within the frame­work of achiev­ing the com­mon na­tional goals of sup­port­ing the youth and of­fer­ing them suit­able job op­por­tu­ni­ties to em­power them and en­able them to take part in the eco­nomic and devel­op­ment process in the coun­try.

MGRP As­sis­tant Sec­re­tary Gen­eral for Man­power Af­fairs Ban­dar Al-Rashed praised KFH’s role in Kuwait­i­za­tion while con­tribut­ing in achiev­ing the goals of the IBS pro­gram in in­vest­ing in the na­tional hu­man re­sources, hon­ing their skills and of­fer­ing them all means pos­si­ble to ed­u­cate them on all de­vel­op­ments of bank­ing in­dus­try.

Mean­while, Pro­fes­sor Yaqoub S Y Al­re­faei, the Direc­tor Gen­eral of IBS ap­plauded, in his speech at the grad­u­a­tion cer­e­mony, KFH’s sig­nif­i­cant role in im­prov­ing the na­tional hu­man cap­i­tal which re­flects the out­stand­ing per­for­mance and con­trib­utes in achiev­ing the com­pre­hen­sive devel­op­ment in the coun­try. He ex­pressed his ap­pre­ci­a­tion to KFH’s sup­port to the in­sti­tute, in­di­cat­ing that KFH has hired eight of the 30 male and fe­male Kuwaiti grad­u­ates of the pro­gram which con­sti­tutes the largest share.

KFH al­lo­cates ad­vanced train­ing pro­grams and spe­cial­ized work­shops for its em­ploy­ees in or­der to op­ti­mally equip them and arm them with all what they need, which con­firms its keen­ness to hone the skills of its hu­man re­sources and raise their qual­i­fi­ca­tions for the ben­e­fit of the bank and clients.
