KFH participates in program to train graduates to work in banking sector

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in the graduation ceremony for IBS graduates to work in the banking and financial sectors. The training program was held for 12 weeks in collaboration with the Manpower and Government Restructuring Program MGRP, KFH and the Kuwaiti banks in general within the framework of achieving the common national goals of supporting the youth and offering them suitable job opportunities to empower them and enable them to take part in the economic and development process in the country.
MGRP Assistant Secretary General for Manpower Affairs Bandar Al-Rashed praised KFH’s role in Kuwaitization while contributing in achieving the goals of the IBS program in investing in the national human resources, honing their skills and offering them all means possible to educate them on all developments of banking industry.
Meanwhile, Professor Yaqoub S Y Alrefaei, the Director General of IBS applauded, in his speech at the graduation ceremony, KFH’s significant role in improving the national human capital which reflects the outstanding performance and contributes in achieving the comprehensive development in the country. He expressed his appreciation to KFH’s support to the institute, indicating that KFH has hired eight of the 30 male and female Kuwaiti graduates of the program which constitutes the largest share.
KFH allocates advanced training programs and specialized workshops for its employees in order to optimally equip them and arm them with all what they need, which confirms its keenness to hone the skills of its human resources and raise their qualifications for the benefit of the bank and clients.
