No decrees

The Cabinet is not expected to issue emergency decrees concerning issues that go in contradiction with the state’s budget for 2016/2017, high ranking government sources said. They made their remarks in response to speculations that the Cabinet might restructure the public sector’s payroll or reduce subsidies through emergency decrees issued before a new parliament is elected.
