Zain wins Best Em­ployer Brand ac­co­lade at an­nual LinkedIn Tal­ent Awards MENA

DUBAI: Zain Group, a lead­ing mo­bile tele­com in­no­va­tor in eight mar­kets across the Mid­dle East and Africa, has been named the Best Em­ployer Brand at the an­nual LinkedIn Tal­ent Awards, cel­e­brat­ing the suc­cess of LinkedIn cus­tomers across the MENA re­gion. LinkedIn op­er­ates the world’s largest pro­fes­sional net­work on the In­ter­net with more than 450 mil­lion mem­bers in over 200 coun­tries and ter­ri­to­ries.

Zain was hon­ored at a gala cer­e­mony held at the Four Sea­sons Ho­tel in Dubai on Wed­nes­day Oc­to­ber 19, 2016,joiningan elite group of or­ga­ni­za­tions iden­ti­fied as be­ing among the best em­ployer brands in the re­gion that uti­lize LinkedIn Tal­ent So­lu­tions to find, hire and re­tain top tal­ent. In de­ter­min­ing the win­ners, judges from LinkedIn an­a­lyzed the per­for­mance, re­sults and im­pact of more than 850 elite or­ga­ni­za­tions from the re­gion based on sev­eral cri­te­ria that in­cluded: Ca­reer page com­plete­ness; na­ture of the con­tent and cre­ativ­ity; en­gage­ment and reach.
