Zain wins Best Employer Brand accolade at annual LinkedIn Talent Awards MENA

DUBAI: Zain Group, a leading mobile telecom innovator in eight markets across the Middle East and Africa, has been named the Best Employer Brand at the annual LinkedIn Talent Awards, celebratin­g the success of LinkedIn customers across the MENA region. LinkedIn operates the world’s largest profession­al network on the Internet with more than 450 million members in over 200 countries and territorie­s.

Zain was honored at a gala ceremony held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai on Wednesday October 19, 2016,joiningan elite group of organizati­ons identified as being among the best employer brands in the region that utilize LinkedIn Talent Solutions to find, hire and retain top talent. In determinin­g the winners, judges from LinkedIn analyzed the performanc­e, results and impact of more than 850 elite organizati­ons from the region based on several criteria that included: Career page completene­ss; nature of the content and creativity; engagement and reach.
