KAICO con­ducts Mazda ser­vice drive 2016

KAICO along with En­gi­neers from Mazda Mo­tors Cor­po­ra­tion, Ja­pan and the Gen­eral Man­ager Cus­tomer Ser­vice (GCC) kicked off the Mazda Ser­vice Drive 2016 from 19th Oc­to­ber. The cam­paign has re­ceived an over­whelm­ing re­sponse and nearly 100 cus­tomers came in on the first two days and were re­ceived by Mazda Japanese en­gi­neers Takuya and Fu­jino.

Ashish Rai Tan­don, Gen­eral Man­ager, KAICO, said “We con­duct this Ser­vice Drive with the co­op­er­a­tion of our Prin­ci­pals to re en­force the re­la­tion­ships be­tween the Owner, Man­u­fac­turer and Dis­trib­u­tor. Our prime ob­jec­tive is that ev­ery Mazda owner gets the best JINBA ITTAI per­for­mance from the car “.

He went on to state that KAICO not only want the cus­tomer to have a life­time ex­pe­ri­ence from Mazda cars but also be a cus­tomer for life. By following the Main­te­nance of the car as per the man­u­fac­turer’s ser­vice sched­ule you en­sure best and re­li­able per­for­mance, longer ve­hi­cle life, bet­ter re sale value and op­ti­mum cost of own­er­ship. Ah­mad Kah­waji, Gen­eral Sales Man­ager, stated that all the new mod­els of Mazda as­pire to be in the range of pre­mium brands.

The Drive ex­pe­ri­ence of Mazda cars called JINBA ITTAI, SKYAC­TIV En­gine tech­nol­ogy , class lead­ing safety fea­tures , KODO de­sign are the 4 pil­lars that dif­fer­en­ti­ate the brand from the rest of the pack.

Hany Nazieh, Af­ter Sales Man­ager (Ser­vice) men­tioned that Mazda cus­tomers should feel to­tally com­fort­able with the ex­per­tise the pro­fes­sion­ally trained Mazda Team KAICO is pow­ered by the best equip­ment in the in­dus­try and serves its cus­tomers at Al-Rai, Shuweikh , Ardiya and Ah­madi”. He also said that cus­tomers should down­load the KAICO App and start book­ing their next ser­vice ap­point­ments via their Mo­bile phones. Gopal, Parts Man­ager said, “We have one of the high­est Parts Avail­abil­i­ties in the re­gion and pro­vide an ex­clu­sive 6 months Parts War­ranty for Parts fit­ted in our ser­vice cen­ters”
