From October 7, 2016, Kuwait Nationals are granted e-VISA (electronic VISA) privilege to Taiwan. The e-VISA will allow Kuwaiti passport holders to travel to Taiwan for a visit of up to one month by applying online https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw - A fee of 16 KD will be charged for the application.
