Kuwaitis granted Tai­wan’s e-VISA

From Oc­to­ber 7, 2016, Kuwait Na­tion­als are granted e-VISA (elec­tronic VISA) priv­i­lege to Tai­wan. The e-VISA will al­low Kuwaiti pass­port hold­ers to travel to Tai­wan for a visit of up to one month by ap­ply­ing on­line https://vi­sawe­bapp.boca.gov.tw - A fee of 16 KD will be charged for the ap­pli­ca­tion. Tai­wan has granted e-VISA ser­vice to 27 coun­tries since Jan­uary 12, 2016. Kuwaitis are wel­come to visit Tai­wan by using this ser­vice. KUWAIT: Re­tired of­fi­cers held their weekly meet­ing on Tues­day at the di­waniya of the In­te­rior Min­istry’s Re­tirees’ Care Depart­ment, in at­ten­dance of its direc­tor Ma­jor Gen­eral Adeeb Suwaidan.

KUWAIT: In­te­rior Min­istry Un­der­sec­re­tary Lt Gen Suleiman Al-Fa­had re­cently re­ceived As­sis­tant Un­der­sec­re­tary for Land Bor­der Se­cu­rity Af­fairs and Chair­man of the Po­lice Sports As­so­ci­a­tion Maj Gen Ab­dul­lah Al-Muhanna and As­sis­tant Un­der­sec­re­tary for Fi­nan­cial and Ad­min­is­tra­tive Af­fairs and Deputy Chair­man of the Po­lice Sports As­so­ci­a­tion Waleed Al-Sane. Fa­had con­grat­u­lated the new board mem­bers and asked them to con­tinue their ef­forts to get more achieve­ments.

KUWAIT: Deputy Prime Minister and In­te­rior Minister Sheikh Mo­ham­mad Al-Khaled AlSabah met re­cently with the judg­ing com­mit­tee for the first mixed mar­tial arts tour­na­ment for spe­cial task forces. Un­der­sec­re­tary Lieu­tenant Gen­eral Suleiman Al-Fa­had and other of­fi­cials at­tended the meet­ing.
