Mar­riott Ho­tels cel­e­brate Global Cus­tomer Ap­pre­ci­a­tion Week

Mar­riott Ho­tels in Kuwait launched their an­nual com­mu­nity en­gage­ment pro­gram; known as the Global Cus­tomer Ap­pre­ci­a­tion Week (GCAW), from Novem­ber 6 un­til Novem­ber 10, 2016. A wide range of events is hosted to ex­press Mar­riott’s ap­pre­ci­a­tion to their cus­tomers and com­mu­nity through­out the week.

Fo­cused on cel­e­brat­ing this oc­ca­sion, the JW Mar­riott Kuwait City, the Court­yard by Mar­riott Kuwait City and the Res­i­dence Inn by Mar­riott Kuwait City have put to­gether var­i­ous ac­tiv­i­ties all un­der the theme “Mak­ing Greater Con­nec­tions”. The dif­fer­ent ac­tiv­i­ties in­cluded call­ing and thank­ing the top pro­duc­ing com­pa­nies for their busi­ness and dis­tribut­ing cer­tifi­cates of ap­pre­ci­a­tion and gifts. Busi­ness part­ners were also in­vited for an ex­clu­sive din­ner at the newly opened Cross­roads Res­tau­rant at the JW Mar­riott Kuwait.

Fur­ther ini­tia­tives in­cluded a tele­mar­ket­ing cam­paign de­signed to call and per­son­ally thank all the guests for their busi­ness, in ad­di­tion to or­ga­niz­ing a blood do­na­tion drive in co­op­er­a­tion with Pharoah Bik­ers and Kuwait Blood Bank. Mar­riott takes both the com­mu­ni­ties and the en­vi­ron­ment in which they op­er­ate very se­ri­ously and strive to en­sure that all the busi­ness prac­tices are con­ducted in the most eth­i­cal way pos­si­ble. Mar­riott ho­tels in Kuwait have es­tab­lished a rep­u­ta­tion for serv­ing the so­ci­ety with ac­tive in­volve­ment in var­i­ous lo­cal char­i­ties.
