NBK introduces international toll-free numbers to connect with customers traveling abroad

Through toll-free numbers, customers can now call NBK Call Center when traveling to the USA, UK, Canada and France, which are the most visited destinations by customers on regular basis as well as NBK branches are also available in these countries. To enjoy the toll-free service without incurring extra charges, customers should use a local number of the country they are in to have their queries answered by the bank’s expert agents who are ready to assist them quickly and efficiently 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in both Arabic and English languages.
