NBK in­tro­duces in­ter­na­tional toll-free num­bers to con­nect with cus­tomers trav­el­ing abroad

In its con­tin­u­ous strive to serve cus­tomers wher­ever they are and an­swer their queries in the best pos­si­ble way, NBK in­tro­duces new in­ter­na­tional toll-free num­bers en­abling cus­tomers to stay in touch with the bank while trav­el­ing abroad.

Through toll-free num­bers, cus­tomers can now call NBK Call Cen­ter when trav­el­ing to the USA, UK, Canada and France, which are the most vis­ited des­ti­na­tions by cus­tomers on reg­u­lar ba­sis as well as NBK branches are also avail­able in these coun­tries. To en­joy the toll-free ser­vice with­out in­cur­ring ex­tra charges, cus­tomers should use a lo­cal num­ber of the coun­try they are in to have their queries an­swered by the bank’s ex­pert agents who are ready to as­sist them quickly and ef­fi­ciently 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in both Ara­bic and English lan­guages.

NBK’s Deputy Gen­eral Man­ager, Con­sumer Bank­ing Group, Mo­ham­mad Khaled Al-Oth­man said that NBK at­tempts to stay closer to its cus­tomer base wher­ever they are, and the launch of the first phone bank­ing in Kuwait two decades ago is a solid proof of this com­mit­ment.
