The Bistro Mais Launches ‘Bistro Sig­na­ture Dishes’ Menu

The Bistro Mais Al­ghanim Restau­rant has just an­nounced its lat­est pro­mo­tion; the launch­ing of a ‘Bistro Sig­na­tures’ menu, with a care­fully cho­sen va­ri­ety of scrump­tious dishes to be avail­able to pa­trons in Mi­ral Mall Man­gaf, pro­vid­ing cus­tomers with a mem­o­rable and inim­itable ex­pe­ri­ence whilst the cel­e­bra­tion of its 2nd an­niver­sary.

The pro­mo­tional menu fea­tures Piz­zas, Tabliyehs, Main Courses and Desserts that are the con­cep­tion of its most ex­pe­ri­enced chefs.

The new palat­able of­fer­ings in­clude Tur­key Supreme pre­pared with Hand Tossed Pizza Dough topped with Smoked Tur­key, Fresh Mush­rooms, Black Olives, Moz­zarella Cheese, and Home­made Tomato Sauce; Gar­den Veg­gie pre­pared with Hand Tossed Pizza Dough topped with Cap­sicum, Eg­g­plant, Baby Mar­row, Ar­ti­chokes, Moz­zarella Cheese, and Our Home­made Tomato Sauce: Kab­bab Tabliyeh in Le­banese Bread with French Fries, Cu­cum­ber Pick­les, Hum­mus and Ara­bic Salad served in Tra­di­tional Le­banese Style. And also Shish Taouk Tabliyeh in Le­banese Bread with French Fries, Cu­cum­ber Pick­les, Hum­mus and Coleslaw Salad wrapped and served in the Le­banese tra­di­tional serv­ing Tabliyeh.

The scrump­tious se­lec­tion of main dishes con­sists of three main pro­teins namely meat, chicken and seafood. Meat in­cludes Sou­juk Kab­bab which com­prises of Suc­cu­lent Lamb Kab­bab spiced with our Home­made Sou­juk Spices, served with Saf­fron Rice and Dakkous Sauce. Be­sides this is the Stuffed Lamb Chops pre­pared with Char­coal Grilled Lamb Chops stuffed with Haloumi Cheese topped with Gravy Sauce and served with Roasted Potato Slices. From the poul­try we have the Chicken Parmi­giana pre­pared with Breaded Chicken Breast topped with our Spe­cial Cheese Blend and Mari­nara Sauce, served with Coleslaw Salad and French Fries and the Chicken Spi­rals which are Suc­cu­lent Grilled Chicken Ten­ders served with our Spe­cial Dip­ping Sauce and French Fries. In the seafood sec­tion we will be serv­ing the Shrimp Noo­dle Siz­zler with Ten­der Kuwaiti Shrimp, Noo­dles, and Veg­eta­bles on a Siz­zling Plat­ter and the Grilled Salmon with Chef Sauce made with Grilled Salmon Filet In­fused with our Spe­cial Bal­samic Orange Mari­nade, served with Saf­fron Rice and Grilled Sauteed Veg­eta­bles.

This is in ad­di­tion to an as­sort­ment of de­li­cious Crepe Sweets with 4 dif­fer­ent fla­vors in­clud­ing Nutella Banana, Os­maliyeh Crepe Par­cel; Ra­hesh Nutella Banana served with roasted Marsh­mal­low and the splen­did Crepe Ex­otic with fresh Straw­berry.
