In­te­rior Min­is­ter hails of­fi­cers’ ef­forts

KUWAIT:

Deputy Prime Min­is­ter and In­te­rior Min­is­ter Sheikh Mo­hammed Al-Khaled AlHa­mad Al-Sabah met yes­ter­day with se­nior min­istry of­fi­cials to high­light their achieve­ments and work on de­vel­op­ing var­i­ous min­istry sec­tors. The meet­ing, which has be­come a habit since Sheikh Mo­ham­mad as­sumed his po­si­tion, was at­tended by sev­eral as­sis­tant un­der­sec­re­taries and top se­cu­rity of­fi­cials, in­clud­ing Un­der­sec­re­tary Lieu­tenant Gen­eral Suleiman Al-Fa­had and Ad­vi­sor Lieu­tenant Gen­eral Ah­mad Al-Ab­dul­lah Al-Khal­ifa.

Sheikh Mo­ham­mad Al-Khaled hailed se­cu­rity forces, and con­veyed greet­ings from His High­ness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ah­mad AlJaber Al-Sabah, His High­ness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ah­mad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His High­ness the Prime Min­is­ter Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Ha­mad Al-Sabah for the suc­cess of se­cu­rity plans dur­ing the re­cent par­lia­men­tary elec­tions. He also thanked all min­istry ser­vice­men and civil em­ploy­ees for the ef­forts they ex­erted in im­ple­ment­ing var­i­ous se­cu­rity plans car­ried out in the past few months, start­ing with se­cu­rity prepa­ra­tions for the holy month of Ra­madan, the Hajj sea­son, the Ashura oc­ca­sion dur­ing the Islamic month of Muhar­ram, in ad­di­tion to se­cur­ing var­i­ous mosques and Hus­seiniyas and schools and fac­ing other se­cu­rity threats.
