Oore­doo cus­tomers can get 2 phones in one con­tract pe­riod A new fea­ture to all Shamel post-paid plan cus­tomers

Oore­doo, Kuwait’s fastest net­work for 2016, an­nounced the launch of a new and ex­cit­ing fea­ture to the Shamel plans, where it en­ables cus­tomers to pur­chase a sec­ond phone un­der the same con­tract pe­riod. For cus­tomers to avail from this new fea­ture, cus­tomers must al­ready be on a com­mit­ment pe­riod not less than 6 months.

Com­ment­ing on the newly added fea­ture to the Shamel plan, Mi­j­bil Alay­oub, Se­nior Di­rec­tor of Cor­po­rate Com­mu­ni­ca­tions at Oore­doo Kuwait said: “The Shamel plans have wit­nessed great suc­cess, both cus­tomers’ feed­back and sales fig­ures demon­strated this. Our main goal as a com­pany is to meet our val­ued cus­tomers’ needs; there­fore, we have added a new fea­ture which will cater for the dif­fer­ent re­quire­ments of our cus­tomers”

Oore­doo sub­scribers can now en­joy the priv­i­lege of freez­ing their con­tract for up to 3 months a year when they travel, with­out wor­ry­ing about pay­ing bills for months that they don’t use. Ad­di­tion­ally, Oore­doo now al­lows cus­tomers to trans­fer con­tracts to other cus­tomers even dur­ing the con­tract pe­riod, with no penal­ties or ex­tra fees. Ad­di­tion­ally, all Shamel sub­scribers can en­joy un­lim­ited calls on the Oore­doo net­work, in ad­di­tion to other perks such as minute and data rollover, to en­sure that they are mak­ing full use of their pack­age.

Cus­tomers can visit the Shamel web­site, which al­lows cus­tomers to get all the needed in­for­ma­tion about Shamel in a sim­ple in­ter­ac­tive way.
