Oore­doo launches ‘Nukhba’ for its elite cus­tomers Spe­cial cer­e­mony held at Oore­doo head-of­fice

Oore­doo, Kuwait’s fastest net­work in 2016, launched its ex­clu­sive Nukhba pro­gram for its elite cus­tomers yes­ter­day morn­ing. The pro­gram’s tai­lored ser­vices cater to the needs of elite cus­tomers.

Speak­ing at a press con­fer­ence held yes­ter­day, Oore­doo Kuwait’s Cor­po­rate Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Se­nior Di­rec­tor Mi­j­bil Alay­oub said: “The launch of Nukhba re­it­er­ates our in­vest­ment in this im­por­tant, and stems from our deep-rooted be­lief in our val­ues of caring, con­nect­ing and chal­leng­ing.” Elab­o­rat­ing on the fea­tures of Nukhba, Oore­doo’s Di­rec­tor of VIP and Di­rect Sales Jas­sim Ab­dul­rahim said: “We’re proud to be launch­ing such a com­pre­hen­sive pack­age, which can be tai­lored to cover all the needs of our elite cus­tomers. Nukhba plans in­clude ex­clu­sive benefits such as dis­counts and VIP in­vi­ta­tions to cer­tain events through­out the year.”

Ab­dul­rahim added: “All our Nukhba clients are taken care of with a des­ig­nated ac­count man­ager, a spe­cial hot­line (110) to an­swer any of their queries around the clock, and are al­ways kept up to date with fu­ture pack­ages and prod­ucts be­fore they are re­leased in the mar­ket. This is in ad­di­tion to the cus­tom­ary Oore­doo benefits such as un­lim­ited min­utes, con­tract freeze, and easy trans­fer of con­tract own­er­ship for cus­tomers’ con­ve­nience.”

He also noted that Nukhba cus­tomers can ben­e­fit from an ex­clu­sive concierge ser­vice that can be availed at most valet park­ing spots in Kuwait, in ad­di­tion to en­ter­ing VIP lounges in most in­ter­na­tional air­ports.

In­ter­na­tional min­utes

Nukhba plans also in­clude an un­par­al­leled ser­vice giv­ing cus­tomers 30 per­cent off in­ter­na­tional calls, in ad­di­tion to Oore­doo Pass­port plans which give cus­tomers up to 1GB of roam­ing in­ter­net and 100 min­utes and roam­ing SMS for KD 10 a week only.

No­joom re­wards

All Nukhba cus­tomers ad­di­tion­ally get en­rolled au­to­mat­i­cally in the Nukhba tier of No­joom Pro­gram, a spe­cial re­wards points pro­gram that gives cus­tomers points for ev­ery KD spent on us­ing Oore­doo’s ser­vices. The points can then be re­deemed with vouch­ers from any of Oore­doo’s part­ners, which in­clude promi­nent re­tail­ers, ho­tels, air­line com­pa­nies, spas, restau­rants and many more pre­mium ser­vice providers.

Oore­doo’s Nukhba Lounge was in­au­gu­rated yes­ter­day, where cus­tomers can en­joy an un­par­al­leled re­cep­tion in an am­bi­ence that re­flects Nukhba’s brand spirit. Cus­tomers can en­joy the hospi­tal­ity while wait­ing to meet their ac­count man­agers at the lounge on Oore­doo Head Of­fice’s 5th Floor where a spe­cial sec­tion is des­ig­nated to test the lat­est de­vices and of­fer­ings from Oore­doo, in­clud­ing the newest tablets, smart­phones, and routers.
