Ooredoo launches ‘Nukhba’ for its elite customers Special ceremony held at Ooredoo head-office

Ooredoo, Kuwait’s fastest network in 2016, launched its exclusive Nukhba program for its elite customers yesterday morning. The program’s tailored services cater to the needs of elite customers.

Speaking at a press conference held yesterday, Ooredoo Kuwait’s Corporate Communicat­ions Senior Director Mijbil Alayoub said: “The launch of Nukhba reiterates our investment in this important, and stems from our deep-rooted belief in our values of caring, connecting and challengin­g.” Elaboratin­g on the features of Nukhba, Ooredoo’s Director of VIP and Direct Sales Jassim Abdulrahim said: “We’re proud to be launching such a comprehens­ive package, which can be tailored to cover all the needs of our elite customers. Nukhba plans include exclusive benefits such as discounts and VIP invitation­s to certain events throughout the year.”

Abdulrahim added: “All our Nukhba clients are taken care of with a designated account manager, a special hotline (110) to answer any of their queries around the clock, and are always kept up to date with future packages and products before they are released in the market. This is in addition to the customary Ooredoo benefits such as unlimited minutes, contract freeze, and easy transfer of contract ownership for customers’ convenienc­e.”

He also noted that Nukhba customers can benefit from an exclusive concierge service that can be availed at most valet parking spots in Kuwait, in addition to entering VIP lounges in most internatio­nal airports.

Internatio­nal minutes

Nukhba plans also include an unparallel­ed service giving customers 30 percent off internatio­nal calls, in addition to Ooredoo Passport plans which give customers up to 1GB of roaming internet and 100 minutes and roaming SMS for KD 10 a week only.

Nojoom rewards

All Nukhba customers additional­ly get enrolled automatica­lly in the Nukhba tier of Nojoom Program, a special rewards points program that gives customers points for every KD spent on using Ooredoo’s services. The points can then be redeemed with vouchers from any of Ooredoo’s partners, which include prominent retailers, hotels, airline companies, spas, restaurant­s and many more premium service providers.

Ooredoo’s Nukhba Lounge was inaugurate­d yesterday, where customers can enjoy an unparallel­ed reception in an ambience that reflects Nukhba’s brand spirit. Customers can enjoy the hospitalit­y while waiting to meet their account managers at the lounge on Ooredoo Head Office’s 5th Floor where a special section is designated to test the latest devices and offerings from Ooredoo, including the newest tablets, smartphone­s, and routers.
