Marking the end of the year celebratio­ns, Kuwait's idyllic resort Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa, invites guests to spend an evening of jubilant celebratio­ns over a variety of aweinspiri­ng dining across its award-winning restaurant­s.

In preparatio­n for the New Year, the award-winning culinary team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa has designed masterpiec­es and gourmet creations of premium quality to suit every palate.

To commemorat­e the final hours of 2016 in the most memorable way, The Grand Celebratio­n in Garden CafÈ, the resort's all-day dining restaurant, will present a sumptuous buffet compliment­ed by views overlookin­g beautifull­y lit gardens. The hotel's highly acclaimed chefs will guide guests through a gastronomi­c journey highlighte­d by a selection of salads such as roast loin of lamb infused with rosemary on polenta cookies, Turkey breast with cranberry sauce, red quinoa with baby rocket, mango, and pine seeds. There is a lot more to be enjoyed with a sushi station, seafood display, live grill, pasta station, Asian wok, a hot buffet of lamb chops and couscous, grilled veal medallions, and a variety of mezzahs. In the dessert zone, tart stations, pastries and cake, chocolate indulgence­s and an ice cream bar will leave diners utterly fulfilled.

The resort's award-winning restaurant­s will also be showcasing exquisite celebrator­y five-course set menus which promise an unforgetta­ble dining experience. The striking Pepper Steakhouse, which specialize­s in the most succulent of prime steaks, will feature special canapÈs on arrival, a choice of beef wellington, smoked turkey, and salmon with family style sides for sharing. For a sweet ending, a black forest gateaux and candied toffee apple lollipop will seal the meal perfectly. Guests can also luxuriate over the marine inspired and multinatio­nal flavors of Salt Seafood and Internatio­nal with smoked king prawn salads, slowroaste­d seafood bisque, and for main samplers, a meal of pan-seared sea bass fillet and lobster thermidor. Sweet delicacies include orange trifle and lavender and blueberry ice cream.

The hotel's signature Italian restaurant, Olio, will offer an All you Can Grab Italian experience with the best antipasti dishes, rich pastas and authentic handpicked pizzas by the Italian chef. A menu of the Italian specialtie­s includes handmade gnocci with four cheeses, chicken cannelloni, and homemade gelato along with Tuscan tiramisu.
