Jumeirah Mes­si­lah Beach Ho­tel and Spa wel­comes guests to ex­tra­or­di­nary end of year cel­e­bra­tions

Mark­ing the end of the year cel­e­bra­tions, Kuwait's idyl­lic re­sort Jumeirah Mes­si­lah Beach Ho­tel and Spa, in­vites guests to spend an evening of ju­bi­lant cel­e­bra­tions over a va­ri­ety of awein­spir­ing din­ing across its award-win­ning restau­rants.

Gen­eral Man­ager Hakan Petek said: "As we an­tic­i­pate the ar­rival of the New Year, we look for­ward to wel­com­ing guests to cher­ish their mo­ments with loved ones in our ho­tel. On this oc­ca­sion, din­ers can es­ca­late their New Year ex­pe­ri­ence and be cap­ti­vated by in­ter­na­tion­ally-in­spired cui­sine, pas­sion­ate ser­vice, and ideal am­biance, which will set a lux­u­ri­ous stage for the joy­ous and ex­hil­a­rat­ing ex­pe­ri­ences we are distin­guished for."

In prepa­ra­tion for the New Year, the award-win­ning culi­nary team at Jumeirah Mes­si­lah Beach Ho­tel and Spa has de­signed mas­ter­pieces and gourmet cre­ations of pre­mium qual­ity to suit ev­ery palate.

To com­mem­o­rate the fi­nal hours of 2016 in the most mem­o­rable way, The Grand Cel­e­bra­tion in Gar­den CafÈ, the re­sort's all-day din­ing res­tau­rant, will present a sump­tu­ous buf­fet com­pli­mented by views over­look­ing beau­ti­fully lit gar­dens. The ho­tel's highly ac­claimed chefs will guide guests through a gas­tro­nomic jour­ney high­lighted by a se­lec­tion of sal­ads such as roast loin of lamb in­fused with rose­mary on po­lenta cookies, Turkey breast with cran­berry sauce, red quinoa with baby rocket, mango, and pine seeds. There is a lot more to be en­joyed with a sushi sta­tion, seafood dis­play, live grill, pasta sta­tion, Asian wok, a hot buf­fet of lamb chops and cous­cous, grilled veal medal­lions, and a va­ri­ety of mez­zahs. In the dessert zone, tart sta­tions, pas­tries and cake, cho­co­late in­dul­gences and an ice cream bar will leave din­ers ut­terly ful­filled.

The re­sort's award-win­ning restau­rants will also be show­cas­ing ex­quis­ite cel­e­bra­tory five-course set menus which prom­ise an un­for­get­table din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence. The strik­ing Pep­per Steak­house, which spe­cial­izes in the most suc­cu­lent of prime steaks, will fea­ture spe­cial canapÈs on ar­rival, a choice of beef welling­ton, smoked turkey, and sal­mon with fam­ily style sides for shar­ing. For a sweet end­ing, a black for­est gateaux and can­died tof­fee ap­ple lol­lipop will seal the meal per­fectly. Guests can also lux­u­ri­ate over the marine in­spired and multi­na­tional fla­vors of Salt Seafood and In­ter­na­tional with smoked king prawn sal­ads, slowroasted seafood bisque, and for main sam­plers, a meal of pan-seared sea bass fil­let and lob­ster ther­mi­dor. Sweet del­i­ca­cies in­clude or­ange tri­fle and laven­der and blue­berry ice cream.

The ho­tel's sig­na­ture Ital­ian res­tau­rant, Olio, will of­fer an All you Can Grab Ital­ian ex­pe­ri­ence with the best an­tipasti dishes, rich pas­tas and au­then­tic handpicked piz­zas by the Ital­ian chef. A menu of the Ital­ian spe­cial­ties in­cludes hand­made gnocci with four cheeses, chicken can­nel­loni, and home­made ge­lato along with Tus­can tiramisu.

For a truly mem­o­rable night with fam­ily and friends, a spe­cial bar­beque night will be serv­ing tra­di­tion­ally grilled South­ern Amer­i­can fla­vors of suc­cu­lent baby ribs, grilled shrimp, smoked meats and sausages, as well as a pie bar.
