Since 1996, Nespresso has provided business-to-business solutions, designed to meet the needs of some of the most discerning hosts in the world's foremost hotels and restaurants as well as those of business customers. Today, the business-to-business team at Nespresso provides a range of products and services to professional customers in more than 64 countries worldwide. The business solutions offered by Nespresso focus on various business channels, mainly offices, Horeca and travel, providing services and solutions to answer the specific needs of its customers in each sector.

Kuwait Times spoke with Manuel Sancho, Business Development Manager of Nespresso Middle East, Africa & Caribbean (MEAC), to learn more about their participation in the Horeca exhibition and the new flavors that were launched. Because of the high-demand from customers, "Nespresso decided to launch new espresso flavors, with the sweetness of espresso caramel and the stunningly silky flavors of espresso vanilla," Sancho said.

"Nespresso is participating for the fourth time in Horeca due to the success of the previous ones. In this exhibition, we can find new customers specialized in hospitality, restaurants and hotel business that are interested in the coffee market," he said, adding that the exhibition is also giving the company the opportunity to meet its customers in person. "The Kuwaiti market is a very interesting market for us. Most of our business is from hotels, and we are growing nicely. We are happy about our business in Kuwait," he said.

Sancho pointed out that the business-to-business sector is getting more important not only in Kuwait, but world-wide. "We compete in both the business-to-consumer and business-to-business segments, allowing consumers to enjoy our highest quality coffees at home and to recreate these perfect coffee moments wherever they may be," he told Kuwait Times. He affirmed that the hospitality industry is seeking new ways to make customers satisfied with exceptional coffee experiences.

The ongoing innovations by Nespresso in the business-to-business sector continue to set the standard for customer care and provide a level of value-added service unmatched in the industry. At the end of the interview, Sancho assured that he would like to listen to customer feedback about new suggested flavors.
